As this generally flat hike went on, we became surrounded by the red rock cliffs, giving a great appreciation for their size and some great detail in their formation. Two iconic detailed features stood out during this hike, the Fay Canyon Arch and another formation that looked like a wooden mallet meant for a chisel.
